Where due cancellation is waivered by Cheetah Plains such waiver is for the exclusive benefit of the guest and in
an act of good faith may not be retained by the operator as profit.
Please note that a change of date, a change of name or a reduction in the number of rooms or nights of a
confirmed reservation constitutes a cancellation and cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation policy per booking – 01 March to 31 May, 01 September to 10 December and 11 January to 28
February:
If cancelled 120 – 90 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be
charged.
If cancelled 89 – 60 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 59 or less days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be
charged.
Cancellation policy per booking – 01 June to 31 August and 10 December to 10 January:
If cancelled 150 – 120 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be
charged.
If cancelled 119 – 90 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be
charged.
If cancelled 89 or less days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl VAT) shall be
charged
